About us
We are a group of individuals with professions ranging from educators to general contractors and everything in between. Gathering our resources as one, we embarked on a mission to provide affordable, sustainable, practical, and easy-to-maintain multi-dwelling housing here in the Newark communities where we were all born and/or raised. Mindful and scientific in our approach, we carefully select only the most necessary aspects of community development and economic growth to involve our team in.
Deeply engaged in our community, we actively participate in town hall meetings, men’s meetings, community engagement initiatives, volunteer efforts, and more. We thank God for allowing us the opportunity to serve our community.
